JOB DESCRIPTION

What you will be doing:

  • Solution ideation and presentation: You will develop and present proposals to Leadership, Product and Engineering. Our roadmap is a collaborative effort, and the AI Product Engineer will play a critical role in steering where we invest our development capacity and providing direct input into the platform’s roadmap.
  • Enabling real world use cases: by working closely with the Solutions team, you will be able to champion key new capabilities to productionize and scale the most ambitious applications of GenAI.
  • Technical implementation: Once a feature is scheduled into the roadmap, you will stay involved throughout the implementation. Our BE is built in Elixir and Python, so a strong interest to learn our stack is essential, but previous experience is not required.

Who you are:

  • Strong interest in and commitment to staying abreast of the rapidly evolving Foundation Model eco-system, and a drive to leverage these capabilities in novel, real world use cases.
  • Experience delivering Large Language Model projects with customers, including LLM API integration, current knowledge of foundation models, prompt engineering, RAG, fine tuning, and managing AI projects.
  • You either come from an Engineering background, or your desire to ship working solutions has allowed you to build out a range of technical solutions. You pride yourself on strong Engineering principles to build robust, trustworthy and scalable solutions.
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields.
  • Solutioning: ability to develop and articulate an AI solution vision to technical and business stakeholders with customers and partners to match value proposition to business needs.
  • Thrived in another fast-paced SaaS startup or scale-up during a high-growth phase.

What’s in it for you:

  • Top 15% quartile stock options through a EMI scheme.
  • Company wide revenue sharing bonus scheme.
  • Private Healthcare via Bupa.
  • 30 days paid holiday with an additional day for each year of service.
  • Learning and Development wallet of £800 per year.
  • Monthly well being and mental health budget.
  • Personalised benefits platform via Thanks Ben.
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • 4-day company wide retreats in stunning locations.
  • Central London office near Oxford Circus (hybrid working with flexibility).
  • Paid tickets, accommodation, and travel to relevant conferences, nationally or internationally (NeurIPS, ICCV, CVPR, ...) to expand your network & knowledge during normal times.
