Solution ideation and presentation: You will develop and present proposals to Leadership, Product and Engineering. Our roadmap is a collaborative effort, and the AI Product Engineer will play a critical role in steering where we invest our development capacity and providing direct input into the platform’s roadmap.
Enabling real world use cases: by working closely with the Solutions team, you will be able to champion key new capabilities to productionize and scale the most ambitious applications of GenAI.
Technical implementation: Once a feature is scheduled into the roadmap, you will stay involved throughout the implementation. Our BE is built in Elixir and Python, so a strong interest to learn our stack is essential, but previous experience is not required.
Who you are:

Experience delivering Large Language Model projects with customers, including LLM API integration, current knowledge of foundation models, prompt engineering, RAG, fine tuning, and managing AI projects.
You either come from an Engineering background, or your desire to ship working solutions has allowed you to build out a range of technical solutions. You pride yourself on strong Engineering principles to build robust, trustworthy and scalable solutions.
University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields.
Solutioning: ability to develop and articulate an AI solution vision to technical and business stakeholders with customers and partners to match value proposition to business needs.
