Content and Sales Collateral Creation: Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and other assets that clearly communicate our value proposition and expertise in customer support outsourcing.
Event and Webinar Management: As part of an integrated strategy aimed at engaging potential clients, showcasing our expertise, and supporting lead generation and relationship-building efforts, promote, and execute events and webinars.
Brand Strategy and Positioning: Refine our brand’s messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms, helping to establish a distinct and compelling narrative in the market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams, including Sales, Demand Generation, and Account Management, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business development goals.
Partner with teams handling email marketing and digital campaigns to support integrated strategies and provide the necessary collateral.
Market Insights and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to adapt and differentiate our marketing approach.
Performance Tracking and Optimization: Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and use insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of content, events, and campaigns.
About you
You are located in The Netherlands
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a strong background in content creation, event planning, B2B experience in a service-oriented industry is highly valued.
High level of English & hands on content creation skills
Proficiency in design and content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint etc.) is preffered
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to interpret marketing performance data and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and ROI.
