JOB DESCRIPTION


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning client onboarding and implementation projects
  • Acting as the main point of contact for new customers
  • Leading kickoff calls and managing project timelines
  • Troubleshooting basic setup and product questions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate issues or request product changes
  • Ensuring smooth handover to account managers or support teams


Tools you’ll use:

  • Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Zoom, Trello or Asana


Is this you?

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, onboarding, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communicator who’s great at building trust with clients
  • Detail-oriented and good at keeping multiple things on track
  • Curious about how products work and not afraid to dive into tech
  • Bonus: experience working in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce environments
