JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of motorbike riders.
- Conduct field inspections to ensure riders adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
- Address operational challenges and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new riders.
- Liaise with the verification team to confirm rider details and credentials.
- Prepare reports on field operations, incidents, and performance metrics.
- Ensure all motorbikes are in good condition and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Engage with customers and riders to resolve complaints and improve satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in field operations, logistics, or fleet management is a plus.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel within assigned areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and field reporting tools.
- A valid driver’s or motorbike license is an advantage.
