JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive P&L performance, managing costs and revenue optimization to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to meet customer and market demands.
- Lead with data, using market insights and customer feedback to guide business decisions and product evolution.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
- Partner with the product team to build solutions that meet customer needs, with a focus on mobility and immigration within HR tech.
- Provide thought leadership to the organization on workforce mobility trends, regulatory frameworks, and opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence and the successful delivery of products and services to customers.
- Act as a key decision-maker and advocate for the Mobility business within the broader organization.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience across operations and/or human capital management
- Demonstrated success scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance at senior leadership level
- Track record of leading complex, global teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
- Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels of seniority.
- Enthusiastic about joining Deel and contributing to the success of the Mobility business.
