JOB DESCRIPTION


Essential Job Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
 Identify business opportunities and create account-specific sales strategies.
 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key clients.
 Monitor sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
 Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize product positioning.
 Provide market insights and competitive analysis to management.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account sales, preferably in FMCG.
 Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
 Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
 Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively.

 Efficient team building skills
 Strong social and communication skills.
 Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
