Essential Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
Identify business opportunities and create account-specific sales strategies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key clients.
Monitor sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize product positioning.
Provide market insights and competitive analysis to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account sales, preferably in FMCG.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively.
