JOB DESCRIPTION


Core Responsibilities 

  • Assist with Training Needs Analysis: Support collaboration with business leaders to identify skill gaps and organizational learning needs.
  • Support Learning Program Design and Development: Help develop training materials, presentations, and e-learning content that is engaging, effective, and aligned with company goals.
  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Support and deliver in-person or virtual training sessions, ensuring a positive and interactive learning experience.
  • Manage Learning Logistics: Coordinate training schedules and other logistics to ensure smooth program delivery. Manage Learning inbox and Learning Accounts.
  • Monitor Training Effectiveness: Collect feedback from participants and use data to help assess the success of training programs, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS): Update course catalogs, track employee progress, and report on training metrics to ensure employees complete necessary courses.
  • Support Learning Initiatives: Help organize and promote employee development programs, workshops, seminars, and webinars.
  • Support Performance Management: Assist in project managing Abt’s Performance Review Evaluation Plan (PREP) process
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition Partners, Business Leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals and business objectives.

What We Value

  • Bachelor’s Degree + Two years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree
  • Previous experience in an HR or training environment is a plus but not required. Internships or any relevant exposure to L&D functions is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information in an engaging way.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating training is strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or eLearning tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail in developing and delivering accurate training materials.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate across departments.
  • Familiarity with software like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles to support training initiatives.
  • Business proficiency in French, Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese a plus.
  • Work authorization with no sponsorship.
