Manage the daily execution of cross-border payments and inquiries accurately, adhering to established deadlines and existing policies.
Own end-to-end operational support for selected journeys, and engaging with internal business partners for seamless operations.
Ensure close interaction with stakeholders and customers, guaranteeing a positive client experience and smooth hand-offs between service and operations.
Act as the point of contact for internal communication between front and back office.
Investigate, follow-up, and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective communication with clients, banks, and internal staff in a timely and professional manner.
Develop subject matter expertise in business processes to assist with corrections and remediations.
Be an integral part of a team working towards larger business goals, contributing to individual deliverables assigned to team members.
You’ll be responsible for:
Executing payment and FX transactions.
Monitoring payment queues, tracking and prioritising tasks within the payment queue to ensure timely processing and optimal team performance.
Allocating liquidity for payment processing.
Performing Safeguarding runs.
Communicating with front and back-office teams to facilitate smooth payment operations.

Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, meeting tight deadlines through effective workload organisation and prioritisation.

Experience in cross-border payments, investigations, and remediations, is preferred but not necessary.
Proficient in end-to-end queue monitoring and task prioritisation to enhance team efficiency.
Previous exposure to startup or Fintech environments is preferred.
