JOB DESCRIPTION


 

What you will do:

As part of the PMO team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to key projects. Your tasks will include:

  • Project and Process Management: Monitoring, validating, and optimizing project data in planning and management tools.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Creating reports to consolidate and analyze project data from multiple sources.
  • PMO Tools Support: Assisting in the deployment, use, and improvement of Ericsson’s project management tools.
  • Performance Monitoring: Contributing to KPI tracking and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement & Automation: Participating in process digitalization and optimization initiatives.
  • Project Documentation Management: Structuring and updating project directories.
  • Communication & Training: Preparing training materials and communication plans to support transformation programs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Engaging with project managers, program directors, and various internal and external stakeholders.


What you will bring:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a master’s degree in related areas (Business, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence).
  • French and English skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) - knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, and PowerApps is a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI for data analysis is highly appreciated.
  • Proactive, organized, and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
