JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Technical Design & Analysis: Conduct engineering feasibility studies and optimize designs for efficiency.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with vendors for materials, equipment, and services.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract execution.
- Construction & Installation Oversight: Supervise construction and installation activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections, testing, and compliance checks.
- Commissioning & Startup: Oversee the commissioning and startup of new equipment and facilities, ensuring seamless operation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, best practices, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration in a remote work environment.
