Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations
  • Manage and train restaurant staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service
  • Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible locations and long hours
  • Good knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
