Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 11:00 PM
Location: Not fixed (flexible/multiple locations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations
- Manage and train restaurant staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible locations and long hours
- Good knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
