JOB DESCRIPTION


What will your day look like?  

  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle – from prospecting to close – engaging both new and existing customers.  
  • Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for UK & Ireland.  
  • Generate and own pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, and strategic networking.  
  • Engage with SAP and strategic partners to co-sell and generate opportunities.  
  • Sell ArchLynk SAP solutions (IBP, TM, EWM, GTS) to both technical stakeholders and business leaders.  
  • Lead customer meetings, build winning proposals, and coordinate with Solution Directors, Pre-sales, and Marketing.  
  • Represent ArchLynk at industry events, SAP forums, and networking opportunities.  

Essential skills & Attributes for Success: 

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-pound/euro sales targets.  
  • Experience in SAP ecosystem or related supply chain technologies.  
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline independently in fast-paced environments.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.  
  • Strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.  
  • Ability to manage complex deals and multiple opportunities concurrently.  
  • Comfortable working in a scale-up environment with evolving processes.  

Preferable Skills & Attributes for Success: 

  • Direct experience selling SAP modules such as IBP, TM, EWM, or GTS.  
  • Background in supply chain consulting or digital transformation projects. 
  • Experience co-selling with SAP or other partners.
