JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the Department’s Strategy is Executed and Managed within set Procedures and Policies and adheres to the Company’s Core values.

Job Requirement

  • Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of working in a structured Environment as well as having a positive attitude to Discipline.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in the IT industry and with not less than 3 years in leadership and management roles.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized Institution with a valid certification in Networking or Enterprise Systems (eg. CCNA), Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2) & ITIL certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills, a probing and analytical approach to the ability to pre-empt potential problems.
  • Leadership and organizational abilities experience in Team development and ability to allocate resources appropriately and to carry out performance evaluation processes.
  • A very strong approach with a delivery bias, to meet set deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, team player, action and results-oriented.
  • Experience working with Third-party service providers.
  • Understanding market trends and have a Strategic mindset to grow the business and solve problems.
  • Good understanding of Server & desktop hardware, operating systems, Network Technologies, firewalls, and load balancers, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory (Design, Security, and Administration), Server virtualization.
  • Knowledge of Messaging and Collaboration systems (MS Exchange, SharePoint, Archiving, Cisco Unified Communication, ITIL).
