JOB DESCRIPTION


Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify customer and rider identity documents and ensure they meet company standards.
  • Conduct background checks and confirm authenticity of submitted information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and incomplete documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all verified information.
  • Report any fraudulent activities and recommend measures to mitigate risks.
  • Assist in onboarding new riders by ensuring they meet all necessary requirements.
  • Provide support in resolving verification-related queries from customers and field officers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in verification, compliance, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
