Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email correspondence, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Support internal communications and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as requested.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure information remains organized.
  • Handle basic customer service inquiries and interact with clients when needed.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
